            IDEA LAB is a software development and systems integration firm. Unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement:

            1. We build tools; we do not own or control the data encoded into them by our Clients.

            2. We act as a Technology Provider, not a Data Controller, for the systems we deploy to Clients.

On this website (`idealab.ph`), we strictly collect Business Contact Information for the purpose of responding to commercial inquiries. This includes:
