When you use IDEA LAB products, websites, apps, chatbots, digital assets, and services (“SERVICES”), you are inevitably entrusting us with a lot of your information and we will work hard to protect your data and give you sufficient control of your information.
Through our sites and apps, we offer a range of services that help people find, explore, apply for, avail of, and acquire various products and services which includes LOANS (Car Loans, Personal Loans, Housing Loans, etc.), CREDIT CARDS, INSURANCE, ONLINE LEARNING COURSES, PREPAID CARDS, ONLINE GAMING CARDS, NOTARIAL SERVICES, and others. Our SERVICES include but are not limited to: IDEA LAB apps, sites, SaaS (Software as a Service), content, and products that are integrated into third-party apps and sites.
What we collect:
IDEA LAB helps you inquire about, acquire, apply for, and/or avail of products and services which are provided by our partners and affiliates through our websites, apps, or services. To process your applications, requests, inquiries, or purchase orders, we and our partners and affiliates will require a lot of information from you which may include your personal, identifying, and sensitive information. This information is stored in our databases and is forwarded to our partners and affiliates for further processing. By using our services and submitting your information to us, you explicitly agree and consent to us handling your data as well as sharing, submitting, or transferring your data to our partners, affiliates, agents, and assigns.
When you sign up for a IDEA LAB Account or submit a form (i.e. application form, contact us form, inquiry form, order form, registration form, enrollment form, order form, request form, etc.) or interact with our chatbot or use our apps or send us messages, the system automatically creates an IDEA LAB account for you, stores your data and personal information, and logs you into the system. The personal information you provide us may include your name, age, address, password, phone number, email address, and others. When logged in, you can create and manage your data and content or see more relevant recommended products and services. When you are not yet logged in or if you don’t have an account yet, you can still use many IDEA LAB services like searching and viewing products and services galleries, reading articles, and viewing offerings. In these cases, we still collect and store the unique information related to the browser, application, or device you’re using. For certain services, you may be able to adjust your privacy settings to control what we collect and how your information is used.
In some circumstances, IDEA LAB may collect information about you from publicly accessible sources or from trusted partners/suppliers (i.e. marketing partners — sales leads/referrals/information about potential customers, security partners — information and alerts to protect against abuse, and advertisers — information related to advertising and research services on their behalf).
We also collect the information and content you create, upload, or receive from others (including notices, updates, messages, status of applications/orders/inquiries, and alerts from our partners, affiliates, and suppliers) when using our services. We collect data about your activity in our site and services which we use to recommend additional relevant products and services you might like. The activity data may include: Products/Services pages, content, or articles you visited/viewed/interacted with, Product/Services you inquired about/search for/applied for/ordered; Product/Services and pages you liked, commented on, or shared over Social Media; People with whom you interacted or shared content; your location (if available); and any activity on third-party services or sites and apps that use our services. If you use our services to send and receive messages, we may collect messaging log information like time and date of messages, routing information, and content.
We collect information to provide better and more relevant products and services to you — from aggregating and forwarding your application details or orders to our partner banks and suppliers to more complex things like which additional services you may be interested to avail or articles that may be relevant to you. The information IDEA LAB collects, and how data is used, depends on which of our services you use and how you set your privacy preferences.
We collect information when a IDEA LAB service on your device or PC contacts our servers. This includes OS, browser type/settings, device type/settings, mobile network information, application details, IP address, system activity, time/date stamps, and referrer URLs.
How we collect:
We collect your data primarily through our website, apps, services, API integration partners, other apps/websites, etc. and through other media and channels. We may conduct follow up inquiries via email, phone calls, SMS, messaging, etc. to ask for additional information or to verify or clarify your previously provided data and information.
If you provide third party individuals as your reference, contact, or employer (“Referrals”), in our forms, you explicitly authorize us to contact the said parties and allow us to get from these parties any and all additional relevant information about you (including personal and sensitive information). Also, by providing us your Referrals’ personal information, contact details, and other data, you are confirming and warranting that you already have these Referrals’ explicit permission and consent to share with us their contact details and personal information. You are solely responsible to get the necessary consent and permission from these parties with respect to allowing you to share with us their information and allowing us to contact them directly to inquire about you.
We also collect other information based on your activities in our site and services. This includes your transactions, history, activities, pages visited, logs, sign-ups, cookies, clicked links, search terms, pixel tags, and others.
What we share:
As necessary, we will share, transmit, submit, or forward your data and information to our partners, affiliates, suppliers, agents, marketing partners, and other sites. We will however do this very carefully and make sure that only the relevant information is submitted to specific partners for data that are critical for the processing of your transactions, requests, or inquiry. We will excert reasonable effort to protect you data at all times.
We will not share your information with partners, affiliates, and other parties, unless you ask us to or allow us to. For example, if you see an ad/offer/application for a service and select the “contact” or “submit” or “inquire” or “order” button, we will then submit your relevant details with the provider or partner.

- Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of IDEA LAB, our customers, partners, users, or the public as required or permitted by law.
What you can do to your information with us
IDEA LAB will allow you to view, verify, correct, change, or remove your information stored in our system or databases. This can be done either manually or through the system (if available). If the facility is already available in the site, you can do these changes directly and by yourself. If the facility is not yet available in the site, you can do these changes by sending us an email request and we will execute it for you, subject to verification and validation of your identity and ownership of the account.
What we do with your information
Aside from those mentioned above, we also use your information (i.e. contact details like email address, office/home address, and contact numbers) to communicate with you and interact with you directly. By providing us your contact information, you are explicitly permitting and allowing us and our partners / affiliates / agents / assigns to contact you, provide updates/news/offers, and verify/collect/discuss your other personal information. And in these interactions, correspondences, or calls, we will keep a record and transcript of all the discussions and content.
We also use information to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security risks, and technical issues that could harm IDEA LAB, our users, or the public.
If you submit information for the purpose of applying, availing, inquiring, or ordering for a specific product or service, IDEA LAB stores your personal information and allows you to reuse the same data to apply for, inquire about, order for, or avail of other products and services offered by IDEA LAB and its partners and affiliates. For example, after you apply for an Auto Loan, we will store your data and allow you to use the same information should you wish to apply for other products like Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Housing Loans, Insurance, etc. IDEA LAB makes it easier for you to avail of other products or services by pre-populating the specific information fields you have already filled out in the past. By submitting your data to us, you are explicitly allowing us to store your information and use your data, in whole or in part, for future applications, availment, inquiries, or orders of other products and services we may offer to you through the site.
How to stop the service
You are free to stop using our services anytime. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so through the following:
1. If the facility is already available in the site, you can do the cancellation of your account and deletion of data directly and by yourself.
2. If the facility is not yet available in the site, you can do the cancellation of your account and deletion of data by sending us an email request and we will execute it for you, subject to verification and validation of your identity and ownership of the account.
How we keep your information secure
Our services and products have built-in security measures to protect your data. We have strict Information Security Policies that aims to protect you and IDEA LAB from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. We use encryption in our sites. We follow a strict protocol on information collection, storage, and data processing to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
Access to your personal information
All IDEA LAB employees, contractors, partners, and agents who need to access your information to do relevant tasks and processes are subject to strict contractual confientiality and data privacy obligations and may be sanctioned or terminated if they fail to comply with these obligations.
Viewing and Deleting Your Information
You can view or request for a copy or delete your information in your IDEA LAB Account at any time. If the system already has the said features or functionality, you can do it directly using the site’s logged in interface. If not, you can still manually request for a copy or request for deletion using an email request sent to IDEA LAB. In some cases, if required due to legitimate business or legal purposes, we may retain data for limited periods. There may be delays between the time you request for or trigger a deletion and the actual deletion from our databases due to our processes and procedures intended to protect the information from accidental or malicious deletion.
Where we store the information
IDEA LAB uses outsourced cloud hosting services in data centers located around the world and your information may be processed on physical servers located outside of the country where you live. Inasmuch as data protection laws vary among countries, regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this policy.

Should we receive formal written complaints, we will work with the appropriate regulatory authorities in the Philippines to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of your data that we cannot resolve with you directly.
